Why Science of One-Discovery!

It is a 12 week program where you are in the driver's seat of your own path in your health. The Science of One philosophy is that you are the test subject, testers, research assistance, lab, scientist, and the only authority in drawing a conclusion for what is best for your body and it's unique needs. You will prepare your body to begin the test, run the tests, and draw conclusions from the tests. These conclusions will help create the long-term plan for success in overcoming your specific needs and start you on living the life you love.

During the 12-weeks we will be temporarily be restricting your diet. This is not for weight loss but for healing and research.
